Thank you KuoLC5310, a colourful arrows!! And my eyes are caught by light blue small dual direction arrow in a squarely-round shape on the right hand... that reminds me another Belgium stamp below. This communication satellite was an early example - the Atlantic satellite Intelsat IV, which was located at an altitude of about 36,000 km.

Arrows are for inter-connection over the borders, in this case?

Self boxed-in arrows. This case they are related to post and two together makes one arrow as well.

Arrows only! on stamp - and it is about education. Yes, arrows are used as symbol of "shift" of your standing position in society, I guess.

In this case, arrows are suggesting physical movement or electrical waves..? The answer is written in the SG catalogue.
