Interesting use for commemorative. (These two came together, so I kept them as), maybe add to Christmas seal area collection.

(Found this one online)

Interesting varieties found on eBay

(Todays cost)
As of January 9, 2022, the fee for Certificate of mailing from form 3817 is $1.65. For mailings of more than three pieces you will need to complete USPS form 3665, listing all mail pieces in the mailing. You can use as many copies of the form, to include all the pieces in your mailing.

StampSmarter looks like a good reference. I don't lnow where else to ask, is there a way to access most StampSmarter content without the need for javascript? I note even simple html constructs, like page links, often fail there due to being implemented via javascript, which can be an access impediment to readers with vision limitations.

Hi Perf10
What screen reader version are you using? I knew that JavaScript used to be completely inaccessible to most screen readers but thought that new versions handled it fine?

On Stamp Smarter, JS is mostly used to provide the image viewer (when you click on an image, the images 'zooms' in). As far as I recall most of the links are either HTML5 or PHP. But to work-around any navigation issues, you could go to the sitemap page to see a linked list of every page on the site.

This site (SCF) also uses JS, does your screen reader work with it?

I hope to avoid cluttering this thread. To keep it somewhat on topic, at the stampsmarter page you gave above, the Forms Database is spread across 20+ more pages, none of which can be accessed because the links are coded like this example for page 2
javascript:__doPostBack('GridView1','Page$2')
