I have what I believe is a Scott 35L6. Given no more information than this image:

...please reply to this two-part question: (1) Do you think this item is genuine, or a replica? (2) What features from the image lead to your conclusion?

1. This is not an original. This looks to match the second reprint noted above but everything is so heavily printed it might be even be a forgery created from a reprint.
2. The original has very fine shading lines and this is far from that.
