It is a forgery. It has 72 pearls but should have 78.

It's a forgery. Album Weeds says that it should have 71 or 78 pearls/beads around the circle and the "E" and "N" of CENTAVOS should nearly touch. I'll add that the print is too rough, the pearls/beads are badly formed and the paper looks to be worse quality than the genuine stamps.
