Can anyone tell me if this is a constant minor error or just a "one of " printing flaw. If you look at the last characters in 1927, you will notice that part of the 2 and all of the 7 is missing.

This appears as Edifil 364t and priced at 9.50 euro. This overprint variety is listed for several of the stamps in this series.
