Again, like my previous post, with my lack of experience I find it difficult identifying this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Scott #24, Type V and it is not an impersonate issue. The trimmed perfs are clearly visible.

Your stamp is perforated. There is a step-by-step tool to ID these stamps here

Click on 'step-by-step tool' tab and simply answer questions at each step to have it ID your stamp.

Curious.
Should this example really be considered "part perforate" ?

or have the perforations LHS been totally removed?

Being cut that close to the stamp the perfs have been cut off.

More than likely the left margin is a natural straight edge from the first vertical row of the right pane and was never perforated.
