Can you expand on the above, doesn't make sense.

Looks like a product seal
Not a revenue.
The text needs translation first.
The design offers little, unless seeds in the corners.

Unfortunately the site does not support Asian characters.

Yamanaka Akira is my reading of the characters in the middle of the stamp.
