The first images I find SC# 2515 (11.5 perf and 2516 (11.5 x 11) but this stamp is 11x11. Is it possible there is another I cant seem to find? Could this be a error stamp of some kind?

Second image is a single stamp (Vesper sparrow) from the series "#4352 – 2008 42c Nature of American: Great Lakes Dunes". I cant find a scott number for the individual stamp. anyone know its number?

4352c for the Piping Plover stamp. Note that it is not a Vesper Sparrow.
Added: My Scott catalogue shows 2515 as perf 11 rather than perf 11.5. Checked my copy ... it is indeed perf 11.
Added: Just noticed that there is a Vesper Sparrow on the 4352 pane, just not the stamp that you posted. The Vesper Sparrow is on 4352a along with Evening Primrose.
