Colors are subjective; 'seeing' is a sensory perception handled in our brains. Vision (and seeing colors) is not much different than smell or taste. Women see colors better than men because they have more cones in their retinas. Some people are color blind in different parts of the wavelengths. No two people will be exactly the same.
Adding technology to the mix only adds to the confusion, I recommend that you start by learning how humans see colors before trying to wrestle with adding tech on top of the understanding.
