Have no idea why this is in my collection. Maybe I thought all the postage due stamps were interesting. Sent from Cosenza Italy to Wilcox PA to a Frank De Chano who emigrated from Italy in the early 1900s. Postmark seems to indicate July 4 1945 which would be consistent with the Italian stamp used. Anybody note anything of interest here? Thanks.

Frank DeChano is my grandfather. Would it be possible to get this from you if you do not want it in your collection?
