Are These Pre Print Creases On W384?

The way the first "N" in Franklin and the "K" are shortened as well as the narrowing of the horizontal bar of the "L" lead me to be post printing creasing. If a preprinting crease those letters would be normal when printed over the crease or expanded if the crease was opened up.

So here are a couple more. I bent the wrapper to try and open the crack more. I notice when you get more to the outer part of the die the paper seems to be tearing at the crack.

what puzzled me the most when I bend the wrapper it doesn't want fold at these creases. like at the correct folds.
