Found out recently:Unusual Postal Tax stamps: overprinted (same overprint Scott catalog #RA3 but different nominals )El Salvador revenue stamps.
Unlisted at any catalog!!

Due to difficulties not detailed in the Official Gazette, on September 3 of the same year, the overprinting of a smaller number of municipal stamps (48,000) was authorized, whose face value was significantly higher than that of the initially authorized stamps. The selected stamps corresponded to the 1930 issue. The Scott catalog does not include these stamps, so it is necessary to resort to other references, such as the Yvert & Tellier catalogue, which lists them as "Fiscal-Postal Stamps" and assigns them the numbers 5 to 9 of said category.

What is harder to find is this fellow,
