A New Business College Practice Stamp From The Peirce Union Business College

I came across a new variety of business college practice stamp from the Peirce's Union Business College.

Previously, only these types or values had been seen:

It's hard to believe that some schools were still using practice postage stamps as late as 1950!

Curious... without seeing the text listings in your catalog, based upon the design characteristics, this was created at the same time as #PUB6 or #PUB7, rather than the (later?) #PUB8.

However if the usage is much later than previously found, wouldn't the design characteristics have been more akin to #PUB8?... or is the date of creation/design not nailed down, meaning that #PUB8 could have preceded #PUB6 and #PUB7?

Renumbering might possibly be needed?
