The following is from a spreadsheet that I set up to help me identify these at the time.
LADY LIBERTY & FLAG (2010-2011)
SCOTT#...VENDOR...FORMAT....PERFS.......MICROPRINT
4486-87....... APU...........Coil.......,.. 9.5..............4evR
4488-89....... SSP...........Coil.......,...11...............4evr
4490-91........AVR...........Coil.......,...8.5.............4EVR
4518-19........SSP........... ATM......11.25x11.......4evr, White specks in sky
4559-60........APU..........CB20.....11.25x11........4evR
4561-62........SSP...........CB20.....11.25x11........4evr
4563-64........AVR..........CB20......11.25x11.5.....4EVR

As for the microprint location, on Lady Liberty look at the area above where her right ear would be. For the flag, look at the bottom red stripe ... at the bottom of the stripe and approximately in the middle of the stripe.
Hope this helps.
Added: Actually it would be her left ear ... on the right side of the stamp.

One last thought. The scans shown by Roberto59 are from an eBay stamp store run by Scott Hoppis (tbrstamps). Whenever I ran into problems identifying the various flag definitives, I would always find my way to his store. Frequently his scans/photos along with his descriptions proved far more useful than those in my Scott catalogue. You might keep this in mind if in the future you encounter similar problems with other U.S. definitives.
