The Canadian SNUFF stamps, are maybe product seals?
Not listed in any of my 5 Canadian Catalogues.

Not listed in the FIELD GUIDE (Bird Bear Press)

Handsome little fellas!

The Beaver is a similar vignette to the Canadian Registration stamps.

The beavers are snuff revenues from the 1885 series. Nice stamps. They don't have gum, so don't worry about that.

You'd find these listed in the Ryan and Brandom catalogues.

Ryan is available as a download here:

https://www.canadarevenuestamps.com...n%202021.pdf

and the snuff stamps are on page 92 of the pdf. RS52 and RS53

Cbrace 55, welcome to the forum. The snuff stamps you show are Canadian federal tobacco stamps. Found in the catalogue of the federal tobacco stamps of Canada second edition of 2021 by Christopher D. Ryan. (Link for free copy below) They are the series of 1885 Blue stamps only. Recessed printing perf 12 on unwatermarked paper. The 1/16 lb is rs52 and and in 1/8 lb is rs53.

Mike

Edit: late to party trying to tie in link, but welcome!

Collin, make that 8

I already had that catalogue, alas! I had them under "Canada~Catalogues"
Not under Revenues

I have corrected that, renamed them with prefix 0000 so they appear at the beginning of the revenues, database.

I have "Ryan revenues Intro 2015"
The one you linked
and Ryan Cigarettes and excise Part 3
