The red line at the right of your stamp is the dividing (or cutting) line that marks where a press sheet of 400 stamps would be cut into retail panes of 100 for retail sale, most typically seen with perforated stamps. The vending coil makers ignored the line. It will occur every 20th stamp. Interesting, but nothing particularly special. Sorry.
