I just acquired a used Phil-A-Meter gauge, unfortunately, without instructions. Germania, in a 2019 topic you offered to post the instructions. It would be very helpful if you could do that.

Pastime, thanks for that. Until this week, I have focused on pre-1960. Now that I'm looking at the remainder of the 20th century, I can see why the sliding perf scale is important.
