SC Numbers For Complete Booklets?

I have a few booklets I am trying to "classify" and they are almost all a mix of stamps. For instance, the ones below. They are all copmplete and most dont look like anyone ever opened them except to "peek" a little.

Since they have 2 or more different kinds of stamps and are a complete booklet I wonder if there are SC numbers for these. In the SC catalog it shows the SC numbers for a Booklet Pane of qty X but nothing about full complete booklets.

Booklets are listed in Scotts Specialized under BK. There are ordinary booklets and combination booklets.

When it comes to booklets, Scott assigns catalogue numbers to the following:
(1) individual stamps;
(2) for multiple designs, the smallest block/strip containing all of the designs;
(3) entire booklet panes;
(4) entire booklets.
Note that (1) thru (3) can be found in the main Postage section of the catalogue, but (4) is only located in the booklet section. This is the BK number.
Take the Old Glory booklet as an example.
(1) The five individual designs are assigned numbers 3776 thru 3780.
(2) A strip of all five designs is assigned 3780a.
(3) A pane of two strips of 5 is assigned 3780b. Note that there are two different backings that can appear on a 3780b pane, but these panes are not assigned different numbers due to a change in backing. Also note that some booklets do have different panes ... in that case, each pane format receives its own number.
(4) The entire booklet, containing two almost identical 3780a panes (the two panes have different backing), is assigned BK294.
Added: Be aware that not all booklets receive a BK number. Modern "fold-it-yourself" booklets are, in truth, simply booklet panes. Some are double-sided (8 stamps & label on one side, 12 stamps on the reverse); others are single-sided (label on one side, 10 stamps on the reverse); some are single-sided (cover on one side, 20 stamps on the reverse with a peelable strip between two blocks of 10 stamps ... you remove the strip & fold the halves into a "booklet"); and still others are single-sided ATM panes (cover on one side, 18 stamps on the reverse with a peelable strip between blocks of 9 stamps). These are, in truth, both booklet panes & complete booklets. As such, they are not deemed as needing a BK number ... the pane number serves as both pane & booklet number.

Actually the booklet listing are in a way part of the parcel post listings. The 2 cent parcel post vignette appears on a number of booklet covers while the 10 cent vignette appears on some rather scarce 97 cent booklet covers.
