Maybe a silly question but I have not been able to find an answer. Is the Afghanistan postal service functional at this time?

Parcel Force (UK) is still showing as delivering to Afghanistan, so I presume an internal service is also operating.

Maybe someone who is not in the U.S. can send a letter to themselves in Kabul, poste restante. See what happens.
