Burma-Myanmar Stamp Designers

I notice there are some excellent presentations of post-independence stamps of Burma-Myanmar.
Some of the designs are excellent. Others are of great interest. Yet no one mentions the designer(s).
I find this curious particularly in the light of the fact that I know of the extremely difficult circumstances in which some excellent designers have operated.
Could we not find a way of recognising these people without whom there would not be a postage stamp?
