Plate 145 is at the bottom end of catalogue values in Gibbons, so, probably not much?

I can't make out the cancel, so I can't speak to that. (A cancel collector would probably want a better strike.)

Diamond-shaped cancels tend to be Irish. The numeral, however is illegible.
The perforations to look rather grubby which detracts a lot from the value if it even has that to start with.

Unless there's something special about the letters S and L, which I've never heard of, its monetary value is pennies.

When I was a kid, comics used to carry ads for Junior Stamp Collector's Kits with plastic maginfiers, a bag of stamp hinges etc, and if you sent off they'd give you a free Penny Red. One of these - they just gave them away.

Your only hope of finding value in this plate 145 stamp is in the watermark. Rare to find inverted from this plate but worth a look. 130,800,000 were printed from plate 145.
Otherwise, taking into account the lack of scarcity and its condition, it is safe to say the stamp which cost one penny when printed between 1858 to 1869 has kept its value

Edit: maybe too flippant an answer in the second paragraph, The stamp is perfectly acceptable in a collection of plate numbers for these stamps. Plates start at plate 71 and go to 225 (excludes 77)

Hi Sydrique,

Just to clarify, there were no plate numbers 75, 126 or 128 for this issue.

Most plates are quite inexpensive. You can also do sheet reconstructions using the check letters.

Better still. They yielded 140% over that time, 1p being equivalent to 2.4d.
