It was moved because Confederate stamps are back of the book material.

The US forum categories are based upon the Scott catalog organization, and in the US Scott catalog Confederate stamps are 'Back of Book'. People who are experienced with pre-1940 US stamps may or may not have any experience with Confederate stamps, they are a typically treated as a separate category.

Folks who are experienced in Confederate stamps might not even look in the 'US Classic' section.
