Does anyone know more about this block of ten James Monroe 10c stamps (i.e.info about the precancels, what's the worth of the stamps, and any other info you might have)? I can't seem to find a lot of examples of blocks of ten online and I'm just really curious to learn more about this particular specimen.
It looks like stains on at least two of the stamps, plus some perforation separation in some areas. I would just value them at the used, precanceled price, which is minimal.
