Found it searching through a batch of DLEs. Haven't seen one with three lines before.

You will find this precancel with three lines on many Corning NY precancelled stamps. What is the "electro" you are referring to? If it is "electric eye" that is an entirely different thing.

In this context, unrelated to electric eye. Electroplating is a manufacturing process used to make certain precancel devices (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electroplating}. They are commonly called electro's. DLE's are very popular with collectors (double lines above and below the city/state}, Triple lines are common from Corning NY - I don't recall seeing them from anyplace else.
