Can you guess which of the Bulgarian "specialist" catalogues would be easier for English speakers?

The most full and thorough edition I could tink of is "Catalogue of Bulgarian post stamps 1879-2019",published in 2019 by Sofia Philatelical Society " Petko B.Caraivanov ". It sales, for 52 dollars and gives actual information and prices in leva ,about the different issues . Unfortunately it's not translated to English language.

I was hoping for "specialized" coverage, so to speak. Plate flaws, stationery, maybe cancels, etc.? I passed on one a while back that was 50+ years old. I should have grabbed it.

A college philatelyst is working on a specialized catalog on Bulgarian post stamps at this moment. He has described in it a lot of new varieties of plate flaws,stationerys ,forgeries, paper types and many other. The editor would be also translated to English language,but unfortunately it's still not available on the market.

I hope he is going to include Eastern Rumelia.

It is a very visual variety.
When printing is of inconsistent quality, many varieties will occur. Catalogue editors cannot publish general catalogues with many specialised listings. Very few people would buy their catalogue. The generalist will buy a cheaper catalogue that does not list those varieties. The specialist collector will buy a specialised catalogue.
You have a very noteworthy addition to your collection if you find it noteworthy.

I asked the author and he said me
tath Eastern Rumelia,would be also part of the catalog. It's regular issues, revenues and different types of cancelations.
