No. You need a perforation gauge. If you can not find one, you can print one from here: https://stampsmarter.org/learning/F...rfGauge.html

OK, you did great at the last picture. Try not to use the measurements, they do not mean much.
And the round circles on your gauge should fit in the holes of the stamp!

Your method of measuring the horizontal perforations is ok, but you also need to measure the vertical perforations. I think you will find that the vertical side measures 10, if so your stamp is perf 11 by 10 (not just 11).

Secondly, I have the same perforation gauge, and my copy is slightly inaccurate. In the third image in your original post, the two outside lines should be 20.0mm apart, but mine are actually about 20.2mm apart. This doesn't sound like much, but it means that the 11.25 the gauge says is actually closer to 11. I think your guage has the same inaccuaracy. The other side of the gauge is better.
