You have what Gibbons calls large star, watermark 2. What's the perf count? Looks higher than 10, to me?

I maybe wrong but it looks like perf 11.5 x 12.5

Lilac is a much brighter redder color than this and dull lilac is the same color though not as vivid. From the image provided, I would guess dull violet of 1882 per Gibbons.
