This picture is not very clear and taken at an angle. A scan would have been better. It looks like the frame to the left of the kangaroo is thick and very irregular. That would be a die 1 stamp.

Sorry is this picture clearer

It was suggested that there is more than the numerals difference between the dies, is there two or three dies. What are these differences…please and thank you

Picture isn't much clearer. You need to use a scanner. Here is a pertinent section from an older ACSC catalog, though the pearls difference has always confused me:

And here is the Die III from ACSC for further comparison:

The bold numeral of the left-hand stamp in your first photo identifies that as a die III (3) stamp.
The question remained whether the other stamp was from die I or die II.

So, yes there are three dies. The other differences help to identify whether the thin numeral stamp is from die I or II. Those are shown by Partime.

Again thanks for all your help. On looking at the Sg catalogue in respect of the 2d red/Scarlett (ignoring the brown/red) is the following a reflection of the sg catalogue.
Sg 63 or 63a seems to be die I with watermark type 2 (picture 5 I sg)
Sg99 seems to be die II and sg99a die III, both with watermark multiple A
Sg127 and sg127w see to be die III with watermark C of A

The photos attached have the large multiple crown as the watermark, sg 6a…the right hand one I purchased as Sg 50 Carmine, my question is.
Is the left hand one (purchased in a batch of 250 unchecked) sg 49 Carmine Pink
