I think the one thing that keeps me guessing is the left frame line. On 44 and 44 proofs the lines seem very straight. The left frame line is much rougher on my stamp

My first thought on the left frame line was that it was drawn in by hand, but I assume that APS and PF would have picked up on that.

Looks repaired to me but to what extent is impossible to say with the images provided.

Some of the business near the bottom resembles what you get when you do a "repair" involving replacement. To rule that out could we see a scan of the reverse?
