The more you mess with stamps, the more damaged they become.

If you have a prospectus on how you intend to collect stamps, henceforth,
say a stamp album, Steiner Pages, Stamp Mounts etc,

Then certainly remove and relocate.

Removing and putting in a box, envelopes etc, then I would leave as is,
until your regime is determined.
Indian stamps come in the billions, can be an enjoyable pursuit.

I agree. They're fine where they are for right now. Once you figure out your approach, you can remove them as you put them in their "next" place.

I think they were placed on the pages as they were acquired, without any plan or system. I don't think there is any reason to feel that you should leave the pages intact for the sake of "history."

Nice stamps , your best one that I can see is the blue stamp . It has a strong blue color ,I would say it is a premium stamp especially with that cancel .

Isn't there a danger that old album pages might be too acidic?

Are you talking about the India with the "L-16" Lahore/Punjab Circle cancel? It's a nice strike.

For the time being, until a plan comes together, they'll be fine. (I wouldn't put that sheet in an album as a "forever" plan for those stamps.)
