Stamp is being advertised as MNH OG, but from the cleanly cut perfs it looks like a re-gum. Confirmation?

Here's the eBay link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/234946355085

My best guess is: regummed, reperfed at top, reperfed at left.
But then again, I'm only watching the "Is it reperfed?" threads on various stamp sites and try to follow the reasonings given there. Let's see what the specialists have to say.

The seller is a member of this community. I have purchased from them before and was satisfied. I was concerned because the listing image was so poor but when quite happy when the stamp arrived. The listing image did absolutely no justice for the nice stamp I received.

All that said and to my hobbyist eye, this is a re-perf. Given the poor image quality, I won't hazard a guess on the gum.
Don

Edit:
Here is the listing image with the left hand perfs being copied and aligned against the right hand perfs. Pretty obvious.

Also notice that distance from the bottom of the perf to the edge of the design as shown here. Again, pretty obvious.

The seller has been discussed before including this thread, which includes Don's experience:

Definitely a case of caveat emptor and doing your homework thoroughly before bidding on any lot. You are smart to ask first, rather than later.

Adding a screen capture for archival purposes (eBay link in OP's post will expire in a few months.)

Don, thanks for the thorough response! I never knew to check for mirrored perfs.

IMO and from my experience if a mint stamp had the perforations tinkered with a regum usually goes along with it. Kind of like an oil filter goes with an oil change. Of course, there are other "things" that can happen like gum redistribution etc. but as Don says, the pic is not very good.

Note that the bid amount in the screenshot is already full retail for this poorly centered stamp IF it was not reperforated and maybe regummed.
