Perf 12 double watermark but I have no idea on blue paper. The watermark is clearly seen in the bottom right corner without help . Thanks Rory

I don't think he was asking about the watermark. Rather the question was about a (jackpot) blue paper.

It is true however that the watermark is usually very strong on bluish paper stamps.
