So I found another cover with a history I cannot find online....my next stop may be to the California Air National Guard historian.....if I can find who he is...
Here is the cover, note stamped marking that reads "Via Cal.N.G Plane" right below the rider in the cachet.
Anyone seen anything like this or know the story of California National Guard flying this cover from Sacramento to St Joseph??
