This stamp is in the Yvert catalog "world classics" in Türkiye, tax stamps, Entreprise Lianos et Cie, N°6, 1866, 20 pa.


Do you know more about this stamp, its fakes?
There is an expert signature, but I couldn't identify it.

I tink that the expert signature is indicating tath it's previous
owner recognized it as original. Of course this doesn't exclude the possibility tath the stamp might be a very good made forgery .

That looks like an owners mark, not an expertizers signature.
