Identify Stamp Album Publisher And Year.

Hi im hoping someone can help me identify this old stamp album book. I have googled and can't find an image. The book has a red bind with pictures of stamps and magnifying glass on front. Inside there is a picture of the world, and at the time, the USSR and Yugoslavia was still in existence. There is an index at the back. There is absolutely no print in the book with identifying features. Picture is attached.

Looks like a children's album from the early-1960s.

This isn't helpful, unless by this you mean that none of their respective successor states are included; if so, that still only dates the album 1918-1991.

I agree with GeoffHa. I see a stamp from 1958 on the cover.

The cover shows French West Africa, which dissolved in 1959. As to publisher… does it really matter?
