Philip Ryle often (if not always) used images of females in his eBay accounts, and I suspect the same is happening here. The image simply doesn't pass the smell test and, IMHO, should be viewed with great suspicion.

The OP is acting unethically, not necessarily criminally. Law enforcement has nothing to do with this at the moment.

Classic Paper the distinction you are making is meaningless. Many folks who ultimately become criminals anticipate possible outcomes and make tactical decisions along the way to protect themselves. Philip Ryle, as an example, was a bad actor before he was a criminal. But the deceptive profile images were there from the beginning to assist him in his scam.

How do you know JuJu isn't anticipating possible outcomes and planning for them? He/she already has the temerity to try and scam people for some big dollars and has been around eBay for some time.

IMO when you start listing simple stamps for thousands of dollars on Ebay before, during and after you come to the forum "seeking knowledge" that is abnormal by any definition. The intention was and is clear as day. We all know many newbies and I defy you to think of one that would engage in this type of behavior in error (a dozen times).
