Hi! Sorry for the long absence.

I came across this stamp in my collection and read from Scott that the "Guine" Overprint is suppose to contain a hyphen (') above the E. Is the stamp on the left a forgery which existed abundantly that time?

The stamp on the right has a hyphen, wonder if that is the real one.

Thank you.

Lunie

With my 10 minutes of study and experience they both look like Fournier forgeries.

I absolutely love the perforations on the two examples. I wish they were valid perforations (I can't say one way or another about real/forged) as those would break the internet when someone asked, "I have this stamp, does it look reperfed?"

Wish SCF member "ClimberSteve" was still here. These were his passion and specialty. Oh well.
