Another ovpt I found in my newly acquired collection that I fail to ID.
Used by an Indian state perhaps? I have not been able to find it.

I am happy to be able to put the stamp in the right album.
I will consider the postmark as dubious, it may be a postally used stamp but as
it does not show date or place it cannot be proven.
