Here are 5 sets of stamps from North Korea 1995 all on one sheet. Each horizontal row has a different cancel and each cancel seems to be missing its bottom half. Is this sheet a CTO? The backs of the stamps are in pristine condition with original gum so they haven't been through the postal system hence me alluding to CTO. Thanks.
