Hello! These in the picture are my pile I have made because I'm not sure how to classify them, if they are even stamps, etc. Any guidance on these, what they are for or from, or what's unique about them?

The blank stamp sized piece of paper has a nice layer of gumming on the back.

Top left is an Italian seal (cinderella).

The one immediately below it, you can find here:

The one top right is a variable value stamp dispensed by machines. It is a stamp, but they are not always considered as such. Yours is an old German one.
Two threads on them.

The one below it is a sticker you put on the item of mail to indicate it should be carried by airmail.
Many examples can be seen here:

And the blank gummed piece of paper looks to be a piece of selvedge from the edge of a sheet. Normally torn off and thrown away. Good to keep these attached on early stamps (e.g. 1850s) because they are quite collectable position pieces. Not sure if anyone collects these bits separated from their original stamps, but it wouldn't surprise me what some people collect.

Good to know, thank you ZebraMan. I kept thinking I should toss out the blank gummed piece, but something kept me from doing so. Maybe I'll start collecting them
