France Classic Stamp With Advertising Label Question

This is an example of France 50c Peace with an attached Ripolin advertising label or tab.

I have identified the stamp as Maury 283 IIA. With the label it is identified as Maury 218 in the "Bandes publicitaires" section of the 2015 Maury catalog. The catalog also prices a strip of 5 with the full advertising text (Maury 218a). Can anybody provide the full text, or this stamp's position in the strip?

Being me, I have to create a custom album page for this stamp and its fellows in case I come across some of them in the future.
