Have you ever seen the baseball stamps from Manama from 1972? They are 3D and come from the United Arab Emirates, I believe. They are not too expensive, but make great additions to a collection.

It sounds to me like you need the ATA list. If you're not a member you might check them out online. I can't remember if they'll sell lists to non-members or not.

I checked the ATA website. There is no handbook devoted only to baseball. There is one devoted to all sports but I don't know how complete it is.

They do list an 18 page checklist for baseball published in June 2006. The cost is 20 cents per page for ATA members only.

The APS library catalog shows the following:
Title Baseball on United States postage stamps : a guide for baseball fans and stamp collectors /

Here's another one

I'm not sure what Compex refers to.

Hi !

I think that the book at too old, like you know too many stamps in a year for a book of 1989.

For the list of ATA it's just that it cost to me around 40$ US to have them.... I find them expensive.

THanks for the information :)

Yeh you are right Moonbird it is more like softball. So often the sports are (incorrectly) collectively called baseball. I played both for years.
