Possible Paquebot Cancel On Hong Kong King Edward 1903

I have a 12 cent King Edward Vii with a circular cancel. At the bottom are the letters PAQ but nothing else is visible.

I have noted that there are circular cancels on Hong Kong issues but the PAQUEBOT is at the top. Is it possible that there is also a cancel with it in the lower position?
