Could be Finnish Russia block of 6 stamps. Can't see the year in the cancellation. Assuming it must have been in the 1890s era. Hoping for some info and details about this stamps. Will appreciate much if a catalogue no. and value can be provided. Thanks.

Russian versions say KON (not quite, I dont feel like looking up cyrillic text) and Finland say PEN. IIRC the lightning bolt arrows under the crest help differentiate.

Looks like a Scott 66, 1901, which seem to sell for about a buck each, maybe more in a block on paper.

As Tiger Dude wrote, it says PEN in Roman and Cyrillic letters, that is the abbreviation for Pennit, making it Finnish. Russian stamps are in kopeek.

As GeoffHa wrote, the date is 26.IX.08, so 26 September 1908.

As postmarked in 1908 it is most probabaly Scott 72. The postmark is trilingual Swedish, Finnish and Russian. The name in Swedish is Nikolaistad which was the name the Russians used for the city some decades before 1917. The normal name is Vasa in Swedish and Vaasa in Finnish.
