I have in my collection of German stamps several Elferstreifen. The majority of them are unused but have no gum. Looking in the Michel catalogue, I noticed that they are graded as Mint ** or as Hinged *. Considering the condition of my Elferstreifen, unused but no gum, how would I grade these stamps and how would one determine a price for such stamps. Most of the ones I have are the Mi.Nr. 483 Ralong with 208 W R and several Hitler Elferstreifen.
I would very much appreciate any help someone could provide as to the grade and possily pricing of these Elferstreifen.
Thank you
Pete

I don't know specifically for that issue, but in general I think of value being half of the MH price, or a quarter of MNH.

Generally speaking, I suspect that the specialist German collectors expect things to be postfrisch. Anything less is likely to get hammered on price, or ignored.

Again, this is not specific to these strips.
