Max Haertel is known for expertising the Oppelner Notausgaben. They have been forged and Max Haertel's expertiser mark is not worth much. The BPP advises to resubmit them for expertising. I do not know which expert the stamps at the lower left belonged to.

Yes, there are two certifications on the stamps, and in Russia there are no experts who can check these stamps.

The stamp series is worth over 30,000 Euros. (cat.Michel)
The BPP expertise could cost quite a lot (if they are genuine)

You can send just 1-2 stamps to check the old expertise.

Payment might be an issue. If I understand OP, he is in Russia. Also stamps that are that valuable may be subject to customs restrictions.

Second stamp, first row is not known with this CIHS overprint (would be the 2 1/2 Pfg value). Sixth stamp, second row, the 10 Pfg stamp with overprint for aid for war victims has always been found to have a forged CIHS overprint (per Michel catalog).

Since the expertization marks on those two stamps appears to be identical to all the other stamps I have no confidence that any are genuine.
