It looks like a damaged, used (cancelled) stamp that is probably a coil stamp. What do you mean by mark? Why do you want a poll on this?

In many languages, a 'mark' or a variation of it is a postage stamp.

It is not a Scott 322 if that is what you are thinking.

The OP used the phrase "postage stamp" in another thread they posted before this one, Hence my confusion with the term "mark".

Thanks everyone for the replies! Sorry for the confusion. Yes I meant postage stamp and wrote Mark. Too bad it's not a Scott 322.

The stamp appears to be a type 1 and therefore would not be a genuine coil stamp.
