If you would like useful opinions on which type it is, your picture/scan needs to be much more clear to be able to see the design details.

With the top of the stamp trimmed away it will be very difficult to determine which type this is even with a clear image (for which a flatbed scan is recommended rather than a digital photo, if that's possible). Much depends on the state of the outer lines at the top and bottom of the design.

The outer frame line does not seem to be at the upper right side of the right X. So perhaps it started life as a type III. And perhaps not.
