purchased these in an old album , new to this really , need help with id , variety , rough value maybe , thanks in advance for any help , dave

I can't see any obvious forgeries Dave, and as for catalogue value, what you've shown here and the Tasmania stamps might get 10% on a good day.

Do you own a Gibbons catalogue? It will help you a lot with ID

Dave, Bobby is correct - you need to get a catalog. That will teach you about these older stamps.
Look on ebay for an older catalog,. for older stamps that would suffice
