Very cute print on the airmail envelope, bicyclestamps. Funny to see a volleyball is above velodrome... Dutch words "1st Day of issue" is read, and it seems that ex-Dutch territory in South America and Caribbean are keen on bicycle and cycling. "South America" and "girl on bicycle" connection. It looks like featuring Tokyo Olympic 1964, but there were no women track racing until 1988... shoes don't look for bicycle racing, anyway. Nicaragua 1963  |
